On the 2nd Tuesday of every month, Jasmine & Suellen lead this group to create a space for women (LBTQ+ friendly) to connect and realize their capacity to create the life they would choose to live. This is a warm, safe and supportive opportunity to reveal core issues and experience group support for a desired personal outcome.
Expect guided meditation, journaling, affirmations, artistic activities, and other insightful exercises.
