To allow themselves to embrace REST & RESTORE their bodies, hearts & minds.Whether you're juggling a demanding career, managing a household, or dealing with the stresses of daily life, our “Nurture in Nature “program offers a rejuvenating and transformative experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and renewed.
We understand the importance of self-care and taking time for yourself, and our Wellness Weekend is designed to help you do just that. We'll be spending 2 nights and 3 days in the beautiful surroundings of Glen Eden Estate in the stunning Hunter Valley region of Broke.
We will be experiencing restorative yin yoga, meditation, sound baths, bush walks, reflexology sessions and of course wonderful food and some wine tasting.�
Glen Eden Estate is the ultimate Hunter Valley destination. Set on 26 acres with spectacular views & at the foot of the Brokenback Mountain Ranges and surrounded by some of the Valley's bespoke cellar doors and experiences.
Nestled in the serene Hunter Valley, you can unwind in the hot tubs, embrace the ice bath, relax in the sauna, rejuvenate in the mineral pool, work out in our full-sized gym.
Our program is carefully created with activities that will soothe your mind, body, and soul while also giving you the opportunity to connect with other women, share your experiences, and build meaningful relationships in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Commitment Waiver:
Due to numbers being limited for this retreat & things pre paid, please respect that if for any reason you can not attend on the weekend that no refunds will be issued .
Cancellation policy:
No refunds or monetary exchange will be made for deposits made for Events/Retreat.If you can not attend an event that you have paid a deposit toward or paid in full ,under 30 days prior to the event, you are welcome to offer your tickets to someone else to attend in your place as no refund will be issued.
