As part of October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Lady McAdden are hosting a women's wellbeing day with a full schedule of mindful and informative activities with a light lunch included.
Starting at 10am our nurses will lead a breast awareness talk, followed by a gentle yoga session with Yoga Teacher, Emily Morris.
Also included are talks about Nutrition for Balancing Hormones with Nutritionist Alex Allen and Menopause Health with Dr Hannah Froud. As well as a delicious, healthy lunch.
To get your imagination flowing we will have a creative session where you can make a little something special to take home with you.
To finish the day, Kelly Swain, Holistic Practitioner and Director of local mental health service, N.O.W.S will facilitate a relaxing sound bath with crystal singing bowls.
You will also have access to our nurses for 1-2-1 appointments throughout the day and the opportunity for a face, hand or foot treatment with Tropic skincare.
