Women's Wellness Night
Most women are trying to piece together their health through random appointments, Google searches, Instagram posts, and those “I should probably deal with that eventually” moments.
We wanted to create one night where you could walk into a welcoming space, ask real questions, try a few things, meet trusted local wellness professionals, and connect with other women who are also trying to feel better, stronger, healthier, and more supported.
That’s why Infinity Nutrition & Health Coaching is hosting our Women’s Wellness Night on July 15 from 6:30–8:30 PM at our St. James studio, located at 3067 Ness Ave.
This is a free indoor/outdoor community event with some incredible Winnipeg wellness businesses and Infinity community partners joining us, including:
Sun Chiropractic, StretchLab, UROspot, Pocca Poca Spa, Mara Women’s Health, Elevate Sports Recovery, Westside Iron, and more.
There will be compression boot therapy, stretch demos, chiro demos, massage therapy, conversations about hormone replacement therapy, giveaways, discounts, facility tours, and one-night-only wellness offers.
And of course, you’ll get to meet the Infinity team, tour our space, learn more about what we do, and take advantage of special event-only promotions on our health coaching programs and classes.
This night is really about connection, community, and giving women a place to explore their health in a way that feels approachable and actually helpful.
