Take a breath.
You’ve been carrying a lot, and you’re not alone.
This one-hour guided meditation offers you the time and space to reset, let go of mental noise, and reconnect with your center. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or simply out of practice, this session is a chance to be held in a calm, supportive container while you build the inner muscle of mindfulness.
You don’t have to figure it out alone. Just show up, and be guided inward.
Doors open at 5:30 PM. Meditation begins at 5:45 PM.
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
