🌿 Womens Wellness Walk – 5.5miles 🌿Join us for our February Womens Wellness Walk in the beautiful Knole Park (Sevenoaks).
Overview:
We start in the centre of Sevenoaks making this walk ideal for anyone coming from London. We are a few minutes away from the train station. From here we walk directly into the impressive Knole Park which is owned and manged by The National Trust. The expansive 1,000-acre deer park is home to some 400 wild deer, a hallmark of the park since the medieval period. At the heart of the park stands Knole House, a grand 15th-century mansion once owned by Archbishop Thomas Bourchier and later passed to the Sackville family. The house is known for its stunning architecture and impressive art collection, with many rooms preserved as they were in the Tudor era, it is a 365 roomed house.
Route Details:
We start in central Sevenoaks so perfect for anyone travelling via train. It is a 35minute journey from central London. From the centre we head straight into Knole Park and head along a small section of The Greensand Way. The route trails through ancient woodlands with stunning vistas over The Weald. Keep an eye out for the deer along the journey.
Please bring a small picnic lunch or snack for our rest stop.

🌄 Terrain: Woodlands, fields and roads.
📏 Distance: 5.5miles / 9km
🍽️ Food & Drink: Please ensure you have all food you will need and enough water for this walk. We’d recommend 2L. We will stop for a lunch so please bring some food with you.
🚽 Toilets: There may be toilets along the route but please be prepared for nature breaks (ie a tree!). There are toilets inside the park.
🐕 Dogs: Well behaved on lead dogs are more than welcome to this event.
🚶♀️ Walk Leader: I am a fully trained Lowland Leader with a enhanced DBS (available upon request) and trained in outdoor first aid. I am also trained and qualified in nutrition, wellness and female health. MJ Outdoor Adventures is fully insured. Your safety is our priority.

What better way to reap these benefits than by joining a group of like-minded women in an uplifting and supportive setting?
Walk Leader: For those who don’t know my story, I experienced a medical menopause in my 20s, which came with a long list of symptoms. This journey led me to train in menopause and nutrition, and I’ve since been invited to participate in both medical and retail panels to discuss the physical and mental impacts of menopause. Our walks provide a safe space to share openly if you wish, or simply to enjoy being in nature together.
