Welcome to Women's Wellness Sessions! Join us at Waterside Wellbeing Barton upon Humber, for a nurturing experience where women can gather and connect in a safe space. Our sessions are designed to promote wellness and self-care in a supportive environment. Come together with like-minded individuals to share stories, learn from each other, and prioritise your mental and physical health.
