She Is Fierce! and Bozard Lincoln are excited to be celebrating the twelfth year of our signature Women's Wednesday at the stunning Treasury on the Plaza in Saint Augustine, Florida!
She Is Fierce! is known for its mission of elevating women’s stories - and at this powerful event, we're focusing on one woman's powerful story and her knowledge and insights into women's health!
On June 10th, we're honored to welcome Dr. Jackie Thielen, one of the leading minds in women's healthcare.
Jackie is the Medical Director of the Women's Health Specialty Clinic at Mayo, with a specialty in menopausal health and women’s sexual health.
She'll be sharing her personal story of building a powerful and impactful career as a Mayo physician while raising a house full of boys - navigating professional expectations, patient needs, and all the things that go along with raising a family.
Following her story, Jackie and a panel of women's health advocates, each with her own personal and professional experiences in different areas of the health and wellness industry, will be sharing insights with our audience on the secrets, tips, and general wellness knowledge she wishes every woman knew while managing perimenopause, menopause, and questions around sexual health.

ABOUT DR. JACKIE THIELEN
Dr. Jackie Thielen has been on the Mayo Clinic staff since 1994 and was among the founding providers of the Women’s Health Clinic at Mayo Clinic Rochester, established in 2005. She currently serves as the founding Medical Director of the Women’s Health Specialty Clinic on the Mayo Clinic Florida campus, where she has led the expansion of women’s health services through clinical care, education, and research.
Her clinical interests include menopausal health and women’s sexual health—areas that have historically been underrecognized due to limited awareness and ongoing misconceptions. Dr. Thielen is also deeply committed to education and has provided instruction to students, residents, fellows, colleagues, and community audiences on a broad range of women’s health topics.
She served as a contributing editor for Mayo Clinic’s New Rules of Menopause. Dr. Thielen credits her work–life balance to caring for women throughout the day and returning home to a household of men.
