Welcome Women! Join us on an easy to moderate 2.5 mile hike through Whitney and Thayer Woods. During the hike enjoy the warm summer air while glimpsing wildlife among the trees and connect with other women who enjoy the outdoors.This hike is part of a series of women’s hikes and walks taking place at Trustees properties on the South Shore, including Whitney and Thayer Woods, World’s End, and Weir River Farm. Through these women-led excursions, we aim to create safe and welcoming environments that empower women to get outdoors.
The hike will begin at the Weir River Farm parking lot located at 140 Turkey Hill Lane, loop through Whitney and Thayer Woods, and end back at the original starting point. This is a 2.5 mile hike that will take approximately 90 minutes.
