WOMEN'S VISION BOARD 2026 ~ Join Angela Rocchio and Maya Delano for a very special daylong retreat at Watsonville Yoga. Bring a potluck dish to share during our half-hour lunch break.
Angela Rocchio, RYT and Access Bars® practitioner, will open our retreat with an hour of gentle and restorative Yoga. We will then be guided by experienced Collage artist and Maya Delano into deeply connecting with our creativity and subconscious through free-associative art and other creative exercises, leading to the creation of a vision board that will help us to see where we are at, and where it's all potentially going within your free will!
During the sessions, each participant will receive a 10-15 minute healing session with Angela, experiencing the Access Bars® energywork, which is a deeply relaxing healing treatment involving gentle stimulation of pressure points on the head. Barrs treatments help to restore the nervous system and can connect you with higher consciousness.
Towards the end of the day, Maya will "reveal" all of the significance of the regions on the vision board, and it's quite profound. Look forward to being in a supportive atmosphere for your creative inner work, with other women.
