Women's Therapeutic Coloring Workshop: A Soft Place to Exhale

Take a pause from everyday noise and step into a calming, creative space designed just for women. This quiet, relaxed coloring experience is held in a closed off private room in a library setting, offering a peaceful reset for your mind and nervous system.

Feel free to bring headphones if you prefer to listen to your own calming music or simply enjoy the peaceful environment in silence.

We will spend approximately 60–75 minutes coloring and unwinding in a calm, pressure free environment designed to help you slow down and reset.

Upon arrival at 5:45 PM, hot tea and a light refreshment will be provided. Coloring begins promptly at 6:00 PM.

You are welcome to bring a light snack (per library guidelines) and your own non-alcoholic drink such as water, juice, or soda etc. Closed containers and personal tumblers (such as Stanley cups) are welcome.

• A relaxing, calming coloring experience

• All materials provided- quality coloring pages, quality art markers and color pencils, a clipboard, and a protector sheet to color on

• You’ll have a selection of pre-printed coloring pages to choose from, including calming designs such as florals, patterns, and inspirational illustrations

• A quiet, restorative library setting

• A safe, judgment-free space for women

• Optional gentle reflection question sheet at the end (no writing or sharing required —just a quiet check-in with yourself)

• Time to unwind, reflect, and breathe

This is your permission to slow down.

Come as you are, tired, overwhelmed, inspired, or simply needing a moment to yourself. You’ll leave feeling lighter than when you came in.
