This is for the woman who feels confused, lost, frustrated, tired, or fed up, but cannot quite put words to why.
This is for the woman who has done all the “right” things, followed the rules, showed up for everyone else, and still feels disconnected from herself.
This is for the woman who knows something is missing, even if she does not yet know what it is.
I am opening the doors to The Women’s Temple, a seven-gathering journey designed to guide women into a deeper relationship with themselves, their bodies, their truth, and their inner wisdom.
So what is Temple?
Temple is a spiritual journey inward. Not a religion. Not a belief system you must subscribe to.
If you believe in God, Spirit, Source, the Universe, Mother Earth, or something you cannot name, there is space for you here. If you do not believe in a higher power at all, there is space for you here too.
Temple is about women reconnecting with themselves at a soul level and listening beneath the noise of conditioning, grooming, expectation, and survival. Learning to hear what is true for you, not what you were taught you should want, need, or be.
Inside the Temple, we work with the body, the breath, and the nervous system. We slow down enough to feel. We move gently. We breathe intentionally. We sit in silence. We use sound, ritual, and presence to access what lives below the surface.
There is no fixing here. There is no bypassing. There is no performance.
Only honesty. Only presence. Only permission to be exactly where you are.
I have witnessed profound transformation inside spaces like this. I have watched women soften for the first time in years. I have seen tears fall not from pain, but from relief. I have seen women realize they are not broken; they are simply disconnected from themselves.
For many women, myself included, this has been the first place where I experienced deep, authentic, genuine, heartfelt connection with other women. Not surface-level conversation. Not comparison. Not competition. But a real connection is rooted in safety, respect, and shared humanity.
Something changes when women gather without needing to impress, fix, or perform. Bonds form that feel different. Slower. Deeper. More honest. These are the kinds of connections that nourish you long after you leave the room.

I need to be very clear about something....You will not be magically fixed after seven gatherings. The work is never done. This is not a quick solution.
However, you will gain clarity. Self-awareness. Compassion for yourself. A deeper relationship with who you are beneath everything you have been taught to be. And once that relationship begins, everything else in your life starts to shift in meaningful ways.
If you are craving depth. If you are longing for authentic connection. If you are tired of carrying everything alone....Temple may be for you.
You do not need to have it all figured out to come. You only need to be willing to show up.
Your place will be held with care, reverence, and respect.
