Women's Support Group: Letting go

Letting Go is a women’s healing circle created for those ready to release what they’ve been holding — emotionally, mentally, and within the body.

This is not about having it all figured out.
This is not about rushing healing.
This is space.

Space to:
• Acknowledge what you’re ready to release
• Reflect on what you’ve been carrying
• Express yourself through color and journaling
• Be in community with women on their own healing journeys

You are allowed to let go.
You are allowed to feel.
You are allowed to choose yourself.

🎨 WHAT TO EXPECT
• Grounding and opening reflection
• Guided conversation and prompts
• Color therapy activity for expression and release
• Journaling for personal reflection
• Optional sharing
• A supportive, judgment-free environment

Please bring a journal if you have one.
