Women’s Support Group at the Compton Wellness Collective
Facilitated by Lidia Ramirez & Julie Arzate (AlterCare Line)

This group is open to all women seeking healing, connection, and support within their community. In a safe and welcoming space, participants are encouraged to share their experiences, release stress, and build authentic connections.

• Emotional and peer support from trained counselors
• Guidance on developing coping strategies for stress and anxiety
• Opportunities to connect with other women and strengthen community bonds
