What to expectThis Sunrise Gathering of Women, is for women, who are looking for a space where they can step out of the hustle and bustle and Be. For those who are wanting a deeper connection to who they are and the world around them.
The setting is in Mylor in the beautiful Adelaide Hills
We will meet before Sunrise to welcome in the new day. As the dawn breaks we will reflect on what you are ready to let go and what is opening up and coming to you.
We are in a numerological 9 year, 2+0+2+5 =9 signalling a year of endings. There will be time to see what is ending and what is opening up for you.
In honouring this call we will gather in sacred circle like our ancestors did to honour the Divine Mother, Mother Earth, The Goddess and fellow Sisters.
It is a safe place for women to speak freely, to be see and be heard. A place where women can put down their masks and be themselves.
Due to the high stress, fast paced life we experience in our lives along, with devices where we can be contacted 24/7 there is little time to rest. Little time or no time to Nurture & Nourish and replenish ourselves.
These days having a space to slow down and reset our nervous system is extremely important. If we don’t heed the call to slow down it can impact our health.
We will slow down and take some long slow breaths and meditate and begin to let go. This will assist in settling the nervous system and allow us to journey inward. To connect to ourselves on a deeper level.
There will be time to reflect on any insights you have received. It may be through creative expression.
Creative expression can be writing/poetry or drawing what we are feeling as we don’t always have the words to express ourselves and as it flows and you can receive profound insights.
There will be dancing around the medicine wheel, letting go of what we no longer want in our life. We will shake out the old to make way for what is coming to you and what you would to bring into your life.
Here we are using another form of creative expression – your body and how your body moves and feels as we sing and dance around the medicine wheel and letting go of what you no longer need.
There will be time of contemplation while walking the labyrinth. A labyrinth is an ancient symbol that brings together the imagery of the circle representing wholeness and the spiral, walking from the outside world into the sacred inner world. It can be likened to a moving prayer.
There will be fruit platter for breakfast to nourish your body, mind and soul.

What to wear: you may like a shawl, jumper or jacket and closed in shoes
What to bring: a journal and pen, a silk scarf for dancing, any musical instrument you may have such as tambourine etc that you can play while dancing around the medicine wheel and an open heart and mind.
