The stretch & sauna winter sessions are back but this time on a weekend located at The Forge in Corwen.
The 2 dates are:
Oct 27th from 5pm - 7pm
Nov 30th from 10am - 12pm
This two hour gathering is a perfect pre working week relaxation where we'll enjoy fireside yoga in the cabin followed by optional cold water therapy in the dipping pond, drench bucket + shower, finished off with brew & locally made cake.
Spaces are limited to 6 women & are £50pp or £45pp if you've been before.
