Join us for Soul Sunday Women’s Circle, a transformative gathering designed to nourish your soul and awaken your inner aliveness and fullest expression. This is sacred space is for women to connect, share, and support each other on their spiritual journeys and honor the wisdom of the feminine collective. Through guided meditations, heartfelt discussions, and soulful and expressive activities, you'll deepen connection to your own creative life force and strengthen your sense of community. This Monthly Circle includes a somatic breath and embodiment practice designed to unlock and open all our energy centers, fostering a more embodied state of being. As you breathe, you'll be guided through the seven belts of tension, focusing on areas such as the eyes, jaw, throat, chest, diaphragm, belly, and pelvis. This process helps release stored tension and emotional blockages, promoting overall well-being and deeper self-connection.

What to Bring?

• Yoga mat or blanket to sit on
• Water
• Wear comfortable clothes you can move in
• Journal + pen
