Somatic Release Breathwork™ is a transformative embodiment practice that connects you to your body’s electrical network—the nervous system—helping release and alchemize stagnation and stuck emotions from repetitive thoughts, feelings, and outdated programming. Using circular connected breathing and rhythmic music, it facilitates cathartic release—such as shaking, crying, or laughing—to clear blockages and restore balance and wellbeing to the system.
Samara offers a unique approach tailored for women and Divine Feminine Embodiment. Her gentler method emphasizes allowing, receiving, and authentic expression, focusing on clearing and alchemizing stagnation in the chakra system and central channel, with special attention to the sacral, heart, and throat chakras. This nurturing practice invites you to deeply connect with your body, mind, unwind stored energy and emotions (like anger, wrath, grief, joy, and pleasure), and liberate the authentic Self. She will end the ceremony with hands-on energy work and Reiki, ensuring that each participant leaves feeling grounded and clear.
