WHO IS YOUR FACILITATOR?

My sisterhood journey began in 2020 when I first joined this community, attending regular circles. This nurturing space of vulnerability and authentic connection cracked me open, helping me navigate some of the most challenging years of my life. After many transformative circles, I began facilitating, and in 2024, I stepped into the role of leading this precious community of over 240 women. Sisterhood has equipped me with life skills I deeply value and has shaped me into the whole, courageous woman I am today. I invite you to join me in this transformative community, where we heal through connection, empower one another, and grow into the women we are meant to be. You are not alone, sister! đŤ

đTHEME: HEALTHY BOUNDARIES
Boundaries are not walls we build to keep others out. They are the quiet clarity that helps us stay connected to ourselves. In this circle, we will explore boundaries as an act of self-connection and self-respect â as a way of honoring our needs, emotions, and limits without closing our hearts.
What does it mean to say fully âyesâ? What does it mean to say ânoâ without guilt? And how can clear boundaries actually deepen love and intimacy rather than threaten it?
Together, we will reflect on where we may have crossed our own limits, where we long to stand more firmly in our truth, and how we can stay rooted in ourselves while remaining open to connection. Because healthy love does not require us to shrink. It asks us to show up whole.

đĽ WHY COME TO THE WOMENâS SHARING CIRCLE:
A women's sharing circle is about coming together with our authentic selves and powerful stories with no labels or judgment. We gather the many beautiful and unique faces of women to share our collective identity as a multi-dimensional sisterhood.
This is an opportunity to take off the titles of attentive mom, strong business woman, high-achieving student, dutiful wife, etc. And instead, discover who you are underneath it all. You can expect your deepest expression to be fully heard, enjoy partner activities to expand your self-awareness, receive self-care/love tips to take home, shared group experiences that invoke sisterhood, and a more meaningful perspective on what it means to be a woman in todayâs society.
Our circles are âbrave spacesâ, where we support each other to hold ourselves fully with whatever we bring. This environment encourages self-responsibility, which ultimately helps us show up for others in the most genuine way. Please reach out if you have any questions đ¤
