Ladies, you don't have to be a victim. Feel more confident in your abilities to defend yourself in a dangerous situation. This 2 1/2-hour workshop will provide you with techniques that you can use to defend yourself during an attack.
Your instructor is a 25-year retired Shelby County Sheriff's Deputy who has taught numerous Law Enforcement Officers and civilians to defend themselves. She is passionate about this training and wants you to be too.
Who should attend:
Every woman can benefit from this workshop. Mothers, bring your teenage daughter or grown daughter. Daughters, bring your mother or even your grandmother.
