This seminar is lead by Martial Arts Instructor and former Philadelphia Probation/Parole Officer, Carlos Rodriguez. The goal for this event is for participants to learn how to recognize potential threats, avoid dangerous situations, create opportunities to escape, and respond effectively when necessary.
