Women's Self-Defense Seminar

No experience necessary! This seminar is suitable for women of all fitness levels and backgrounds. Our instructors are experienced Krav Maga practitioners with a focus on women's self-defense. They will provide a supportive and empowering environment, and help you develop the skills and confidence to defend yourself.

*Must be 16 and older to participate in the seminar
