Women's Self-Defense

We have THREE Women's Self-Defense Classes this September.

Designed for all levels, this class is designed to empower you:

• Practical techniques to handle real-life situations
• Enhanced situational awareness
• Conflict de-escalation strategies

Whether you're looking to feel safer, stay active, or simply learn something new, this series is for you!

Drop in for any class, no experience needed. Each class is introductory, so you’ll learn the fundamentals in each whether it’s your first session or your third.

1) Ground Fighting: OCTOBER 14th at 6 PM Indoors at Nuboxx

Learn how to defend yourself and escape if you end up on the ground.

2) Striking for Self-Defense: OCTOBER 21st at 6 PM Indoors at Nuboxx

Practice effective strikes and movement in a real-world setting.

3) Intro to Object & Situational Defense: OCTOBER 28th at 6PM Indoors at Nuboxx

Practice defensive moves against common objects like knives.
