Women's Self Defense Class

Join us for our Women’s Self Defense Class! Bring a friend to partner with and come learn practical skills to help protect yourself and those around you. This class is perfect for teens heading off to college, moms, and women of all ages who want to build confidence and awareness.
Participants will also receive a keychain kubaton and learn how it can be used for self-defense and personal safety.
