Learn how to defend yourself and stay safe at our Women's Self-Defense Class starting on January 4th at 11:00 AM!
About this Event

Learn some practical self-defense skills with certified N.D.D.T. Self Defense Instructor and founder of Warrior Defenders Holly Reese. Topics covered will be situational awareness, verbal defense and de-escalation tactics, and simple and practical offensive striking. Self defense moves are pressure tested and adaptable to be effective for all women.
