Join us for an unforgettable, action-packed training designed for women, taught by experienced instructors from JTR Jujutsu International's Women’s Self-Defense & Safety Program. Everyone deserves to feel safe and confident. This hands-on crash course is designed to empower you with real-life skills to protect yourself.
What to Expect
This 3-hour class combines:
Fitness: A moderate to high-intensity training with stretching, cardio, and striking drills (elbows, knees, and more!) using padded gear
Simulation: Practice drills to respond to common threats women face
Education: View crime videos to enhance your situational awareness for safety. You’ll leave feeling stronger, smarter, and more prepared — no prior experience needed!
