* Every Sunday in January (Jan 4, 11, 18, and 25) * *Discover the calm confidence that keeps you safe*
Join us for a four-part engaging and practical Women’s Self-Defence Workshop based on the principles of Aikido, a Japanese martial art that teaches using an attacker’s energy against them — without relying on strength or aggression.
* 🌸 What You’ll Learn: *
• Principles and techniques that let a weaker, smaller person defend against a stronger opponent
• Simple and effective ways to stay safe in common situations
• How to cultivate awareness of your surroundings to avoid dangerous situations
• Practical techniques for escaping holds and grabs
• Engaging your voice, instincts and emotions to defend yourself
* 👩🏫 Who It’s For: *
Women and girls of all ages and fitness levels — no martial arts experience needed!
The session will be friendly, supportive, and empowering, guided by experienced Aikido instructors.
* 💶 Cost: €35 per class (€20 per class for students and people with low income)
You can pay for and join only the first session before committing to the complete course.
👕 What to Bring: Comfortable clothes, curiosity, and a bottle of water
“True self-defence isn’t about fighting. It’s about awareness, mindset, and resilience.”
Come learn, move, and connect — and leave with a sense of calm strength and self-assurance.
