Women's Sauna + Tea Ceremony

Sharing Tea in ceremony is a practice that deeply connects us with nature, ourselves, and one another. Tea is a gentle yet powerful teacher, an invitation into presence, receptivity, and inner stillness. With this plant medicine, we gather as women to listen to the wisdom that lives within us.

Following Tea, we continue our journey through the elements, moving from contemplative presence into the transformative forces of Fire and Water through sauna and cold plunge. The warmth of the sauna invites release and purification; the coolness of the plunge awakens and restores. Together, they mirror the natural rhythms of expansion and contraction, cleansing and renewal.

The Tea served is either wild or organic, grown with reverence and care, ensuring it carries a vibrant qi along with meditative and medicinal qualities. Each Tea is chosen specifically for the occasion.

The Tea ceremony lasts about an hour and includes space for reflection and gentle sharing before we enter the sauna + cold elemental experience.
