You are warmly invited to join our monthly Women's Sacred Circle led by Diane Pilatovsky, LMHC and Alice Gomes, ERYT-200. This is a safe, supportive gathering for connection, healing, and inner growth. This circle offers a supportive space to share openly, listen deeply, and honor one another's voices without interruption or judgment. Together, we cultivate presence, compassion, and community.What to expect:
Our circle flows gently through ritual, reflection, movement, and sound:
- Opening Ceremony - A cleansing ritual using sage or palo santo to release outside energy and ground into the space
- Intention Setting - Choose a seat and select a musical instrument (drum, rattle, or shaker). Light a candle and place a flower at the center to symbolize connection and unity.
- Sharing Circle - Each participant is invited to share her truth while others listen in stillness and respect.
- Mindful Movement - Gentle, seated yoga movements (5 minutes) to invite openness and release.
- Sound Bath & Integration - Rest in savasana as you receive healing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other instruments, allowing your body and heart to integrate the experience.
- Closing Ceremony - A brief grounding ritual and reflection to honor what was shared and carry peace forward.
Circle Guidelines
- Everything shared in the circle is kept sacred.
- We practice non-judgmental listening--no advice, no fixing, no interruptions.
- Each woman is seen, heard, and respected in her truth.
Our intention: To create a sacred space for women to reconnect with themselves and each other--to heal, express, and remember that we are never alone on our journey.
