And somewhere along the way, many of us lose touch with the quiet voice within—the part of us that knows what we need, what we desire, and who we truly are.
That is the heart behind **Sitting in the Stillness**.
This retreat was created as an invitation to pause. To step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space where you can breathe, reflect, reconnect, and simply be.
Not because you need to become someone new.
But because beneath all the roles, responsibilities, and stories you carry, there is a deeper part of you waiting to be remembered.
Through Sacred Circles, time in nature, meditation, reflection, and meaningful connection with other women, we create space to listen inward and honor your own journey.
Over the years, I have witnessed something beautiful happen in these gatherings…
Women arrive carrying the weight of the world.
And they leave feeling lighter. More connected. More trusting of themselves.
That is why I continue creating Dragonfly Retreats.
