What would it be like to release what you've been carrying, feel lighter, and be more connected?

As women, we go through many changes in our life. We move through fluctuating hormones, wanting to expand in our career, and potential digestive or inflammatory issues.

All the while, we may be raising children, contemplating motherhood, craving to connect more deeply with our partner, wanting to call in a partner, or feeling a disconnect with our womb space or intuition.

Enter: Mallory's healing space. In an intimate group setting, participants will lie down on mats with blankets and eye masks set out for you. We will take time to ground into the space with a short talk from Mallory. We will then have both a group and individualized energy healing experience.

Mallory will use her gifts with her hands and her unique, flowing process of working with energy to help participants release areas that may be stuck, inflamed, or tense. Our process can help health issues, digestion, hormones, stress, emotions, and anxiety.

It can also facilitate an intuitive or spiritual experience bringing clarity, transcendence, connection with our souls, and a Portal to return to our essence.

We will then close with some sharing and guidance on how to integrate these shifts in your life to make visible changes, including with relationships, body, and bringing more flow in your day-to-day.

About Your Facilitator:

Mallory Maran has a private wellness practice in Miami Florida, and sees clients in-person and virtually worldwide. Her unique methodology weaves Energy Healing, Somatic Therapy, Coaching, and Natural Medicine. Mallory specializes in nervous system regulation, gut issues, hormones, and chronic pain, as well as navigating relationships, marriage, and career. She works intuitively to help clients with whatever is coming up for them. Mallory got on this path healing her own body from chronic health issues when both conventional and functional medicine doctors didn’t have answers. For the past 8 years, she’s guided clients and has abilities to peel back blindspots, intuit information, provide guidance, help accelerate the body's healing, and facilitate physical and spiritual expansion.
