Women's Reflection and Support Group

The purpose of this group is to create a safe & supportive space for women to feel seen, heard, and empowered. Our intention is to come together, share what we've been navigating, and leave feeling more confident and connected to themselves and their community.

Together, we’ll explore common themes in our lives including: relationships, purpose, identity, life transitions and mental & emotional wellness. We’ll do this through guided conversations, gentle embodiment practices, and quiet contemplation.

This group is for you if you:

• Feel lonely or isolated & crave meaningful connection
• Feel misunderstood, unseen and disconnected
• Are going through a transition or challenging period of life
• Want to learn more about yourself through connecting with others
• Want to meet some amazing & open-minded people
