Women's Rave & Release - Bodywork & Freedom Dancing

LADIES - GET READY TO RAVE!!! Move your body in a way that feels good for you feel happier and healthier whilst enjoying movement through dancing.

1 hour to be yourself to be fully present to release any tensions you're holding on to and to de-stress your mind & body.

Friday's(monthly) starting from 24th January - 8pm-9pm (£12 pp) Basingstoke RG22 4BJ

No judgements or set routines like in fitness classes just letting your body soak up the beats to feel your blood pumping giving you more energy and happy hormones!!!

Come with friends or make new ones and be home before 9:30! A night out without the "late night" or the hangover!

Starting with gentle breathing and somatic movements to connect mind to body before building up to dancing and setting yourself free! Movement can help us to release emotions calm the nervous system and to gain confidence in freeing yourself by ‘letting go’.

Rave & Release is held in a comfortable smallish hall - we’re there for the love of club/dance music to exercise and to feel awakened for the weekend to connect to ourselves and remember what makes us happy!

(pls note we will be in a darkened room and sometimes with flashing lights).
