About this Event
Join Revital Health for a free community education session focused on women’s pelvic health.
This welcoming and informative event is designed to help women better understand pelvic health through evidence-based education led by registered physiotherapists.
During the session, attendees will learn about:
• The role of the pelvic floor
• Common pelvic health concerns
• Signs and symptoms that should not be ignored
• Prevention and self-care strategies
• When to seek support from a healthcare provider
This event is open to all women aged 16 and above. No referral is required.
Complimentary refreshments will be provided.
