In Partnership with Los Positas College, Kokua Martial Arts is proud to offer our Women’s Personal Protection Course!Come and learn simple, effective movements that can make a real difference in a dangerous situation.
Course runs from September to December...Enroll ANYTIME!
First session is COMPLIMENTARY!
The course is 8 rotating sessions...Every Thursday from 630-8 pm. Complete all 8 sessions and receive a Certificate of Completion that will allow you to continue to train at a deeply discounted rate.
👊 In this course, you’ll learn:
* How to project confidence and avoid being targeted
* Striking techniques using your hands, legs, knees, and elbows
* Escapes from grabs and holds
* Where to strike for maximum impact
* Drills that build muscle memory under stress
Led by Sigung Esther Molina, a high-ranking Kajukenbo instructor who’s dedicated her life to helping women and girls feel safer, stronger, and more prepared.
