Women's Only Jiu Jitsu Class

Calling all Women,

We are thrilled to invite you to a FREE Women's-Only Jiu-Jitsu class at EDJ Hemet with Coach Amanda! Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, this class is designed to empower you, build confidence, and give you an incredible workout—all while learning practical self-defense skills.

Class Details:

• When: Friday January 10th at 7:00PM
• Where: EDJ Hemet
• What to Expect: A mix of technique drills, self-defense moves, and light-sparring. All levels welcome—no previous experience required!
