Looking to build confidence, strength, and real-world self-defense skills in a supportive and empowering environment? Join us every Friday evening for a women’s only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class at Ferris Family Martial Arts!
This class is open to all skill levels—whether you’re brand new to martial arts or looking to sharpen your technique. You’ll learn practical submissions, escapes, sweeps, and movement in a fun and judgment-free space. No experience? No problem!
