September's New Moon invites us into refinement, clearing, self-devotion, embodiment and intentional new beginnings.
Virgo brings our awareness into the body, our habits, our rituals, our standards and the small choices that ultimately create our lives.
Sometimes the moment you decide to expand, become visible, receive more, speak your truth or step into the next version of yourself, resistance appears.
Instead of seeing that resistance as something wrong, we will begin listening to it differently.
The body may simply be trying to protect an identity that once helped you feel safe.
What if resistance isn't telling you to stop?
What if it's a messenger showing you what is ready to be released?

-Identify the version of yourself you are ready to leave behind
-Listen to the body's messages of resistance, fear or protection
-Explore what that protective response has been trying to keep you safe from
-Release outdated beliefs around visibility, receiving, worthiness and expansion
-Let the body experience that it is safe to choose something new
-Connect with your Higher Self and consciously choose a new belief
-Generate the emotion and expectation of your new identity
-Use embodied practices to anchor the new state into the body
-Choose an immediate action your Higher Self would take

Through awareness, somatic connection, Higher Self work and conscious embodiment, you'll begin giving your body a new message:
“It is safe for me to be this version of myself now.”
You'll leave with a new belief, a new emotional state and an action to take as the woman who already knows things are shifting.
