Hi, I'm Helena Henry Richardson, CEO/Web Strategist with HRichnetworks, LLC. I'm a former NASA IT Specialist who founded HRichnetworks during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
At HRichnetworks, I assist baby boomer entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses with website design, social media marketing, SEO, and mobile app creation to improve their online presence and increase sales.
I am passionate about inspiring and empowering women-owned businesses. As a result, I founded the Women's Network Connection.
Women often shoulder the majority of household responsibilities, such as caring for the kids, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. While some of these tasks may be more evenly distributed, women are still more likely to take on these duties. As a result, they may neglect their own needs and well-being, which can lead to serious consequences.
I created this group because I recognize the impact of societal expectations on women. For example, my best friend passed away from stage 4 breast cancer because she was so focused on taking care of others that she neglected her own health. It's essential to prioritize self-care, and that's why I urge you to join our group.
This tribe is an opportunity to invest time, resources, and support in each other. Think of all the women you have encountered in your lifetime; a collage could not hold them. Take advantage of this chance to connect with amazing women. Let's come together and be the best versions of ourselves!
Our group meets on the last Friday of every month to support, love, and encourage one another. We pray for each other and motivate each other to be the best version of ourselves. It's not about how much time you spend but how well you spend your "me" time. So, I invite you to commit just one hour a month to join our community of women who uplift and inspire one another.
