Join the women of RCC for a refreshing morning of workout/stretching class, connection, and encouragement. We'll begin with a 45-minute gentle stretching and flow class led by a Christian instructor, designed for all fitness levels. This relaxing session is a wonderful opportunity to care for your body, quiet your mind, and enjoy time in a Christ-centered environment.
Bring: Workout Mat, (water bottle-optional)
Following the class, stay and enjoy fellowship with light refreshments as we connect, build friendships, and encourage one another in faith.
Whether you're new to RCC or have been attending for years, we'd love for you to join us for this uplifting morning together.
