Hosted by BJJ Black Belts Courtnie Korpela & Aoife Moloney, this marks our ✨13th Women’s-Only Retreat✨ and it’s one of our favorites yet.
Gather your BJJ besties to split a cabin 🏡 or treat yourself to a cozy space of your own. Escape into Wisconsin’s wilderness 🌲, unplug, and immerse yourself in a true BJJ Zen zone alongside an incredible community of women on the mats.

FRIDAY
🕒 3:00 PM – Check-in (arrive whenever you’re able)
🥋 6:30 PM – No-Gi BJJ Session 1
🔥 9:00 PM – Bonfire & connection
SATURDAY
🧘♀️ 10:00 AM – Yoga
🥋 10:30 AM – Gi BJJ Session 2
🌊 12:30 PM – Vacation Free Time
(Grill-out potluck 🍔, swimming 🏊♀️, boating 🚤, socializing 🥰, napping 😴)
🥋 5:00 PM – No-Gi BJJ Session 3
🍽️ 7:30 PM – Group Dinner Outing
SUNDAY
🥋 10:00 AM–12:00 PM – Gi BJJ Session 4
🧳 12:00–1:00 PM – Check-out

💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to limited space and advance planning required for this event, the following refund policy applies:
✅ Full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before the event.
⚠️ 50% refund for cancellations made 8–29 days before the event.
❌ No refunds for cancellations made 7 days or less before the event.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another participant (with prior approval) or donate your spot to another attendee.
