About this Event
Women’s Mental Health & Wellness Experience
A Free Community Wellness Event for Women
This free wellness experience is designed to support women’s mental health, physical well-being, and collective healing through movement, conversation, and community connection.
Participants will engage in:
- A physical self-care and fitness session
- Three wellness-focused mini-sessions
- A vendor fair with community resources, wellness providers, and prizes
- Space to reflect, connect, and prioritize self-care
Community Impact
This event includes a donation drive in partnership with Greensboro Urban Ministries, supporting families led by single mothers.
- Attendees are encouraged to bring the requested donation items
- Those unable to donate items may contribute $15, which will be donated as meal gift cards
