About this Event
Are you ready to be confident? Your journey to safety, confidence and empowerment begins here! Our Level I Class is a prerequisite for our other Level programs and provides the foundation for women's self-defense. This hands-on defensive course is taught in an empowering and safe environment while covering: Risk Reduction Strategies, The Defensive and Criminal Mindset, Vulnerable Targets, Personal Weapons, Fight Stance, Devastating Strikes, Defense Against Strangulation, Stranger/Non-Stranger Attacks and more. - Refunds given with notice at least 7 days prior to the class. If less than 7 days notice given, a class credit can be issued for a future class. Eventbrite fees are not refundable.
