We are excited to have you join us for our upcoming Women's Leadership Conference on March 5th, 2026! The conference takes place 9:00 - 4:00 at The Inn at Virginia Tech & Skelton Conference Center. We are officially sold out for 2026, but a wait list is available.This year's theme is Winning Mindsets: Writing Your Own Playbook, emphasizing the paths that you are able to forge for yourself, your business, or your professional career.
Our breakout speakers—Michelle Carter, Donna Weaver McCloskey, and Katie Beach—will deliver practical, momentum-building insights designed to strengthen teams, challenge perspectives, and create lasting impact.
Guiding the day as our MC, Christina Bolt brings humor, heart, and a passion for storytelling to connect each moment of the conference. And taking the keynote stage, Lauren Sisler will challenge us to own our stories, recognize their significance, and lead with purpose in both our personal and professional lives.
