Join us for an accessible women's health workshop about mental health for women with a learning disability or autistic women.
About this Event

At this free women's health workshop, you will learn all about mental health, including a focus on anxiety, what you can do to improve your mental health and where to go for support.

It is a safe space to talk to other women and share experiences and stories if you would like to.

The Suffolk Primary Care Learning Disability Nurse team will deliver this interactive and accessible workshop.

This workshop is for women with a learning disability and/or autistic women.

Professionals and Ace Anglia's peer educators deliver all our women's health workshops for each subject.

Family carers and support workers are welcome. Please note that you should only reserve a ticket for the person/people you are supporting.
