Join me for a mini 1 hour workshop for Women’s Health week at the scenic cellar door for The Tea Equation. Lori, an Accredited Nutritionist, will lead a discussion around Women’s health with a focus on each of our uniquely female hormonal phases and how to nourish our bodies for sustained health while we sip on beautiful locally made tea blends.
