A Day of Wellness, Empowerment & Connection

Join us for a one‑day event focused on preventive care, personalized wellness, and community—honoring our female first responders.
Your Ticket = Service Vouchers
Each ticket includes entry plus vouchers you can use for on‑site services at vendor stations (screenings, consults, wellness add‑ons, neuromodulator units, etc.). Services are redeemed the day of the event—no extra purchase required.*
*Vendors set time slots and voucher values for eligible services. Vouchers are valid on October 11, 2025 only and are not cash‑redeemable.
How It Works:
1. Check in & receive your vouchers
2. Choose vendor stations and sign up for time slots using your voucher(s)
3. Enjoy your services and attend educational sessions throughout the day
What’s Included:
- Neuromodulator treatments (aesthetic or micro‑dosing for pain relief)
- Hearing tests & early cancer screenings
- Vaccinations & pharmacist consults
- Mental health screenings & resilience support
- Lab draws, hormone testing, and weight guidance
- Nutrition, body sculpting, and wellness coaching
Education & Speaker:
Each vendor will give short educational talks on their specialty—ranging from hormone health and mental well‑being to hearing care, fitness, nutrition, and aesthetics.
Featured Guest Speaker: Carryn Barker, decorated law‑enforcement professional and former SWAT operator, will share her inspiring personal story of courage, resilience, and leadership.

FAQs:
How do the vouchers work?
Your ticket includes voucher value that can be converted into services at vendor stations. Each vendor will post eligible services and the voucher amounts required. Redeem by handing over your voucher (or portion) when you sign up for a time slot.
Can I split my voucher value across stations?
Yes. You may allocate voucher portions across multiple stations, depending on vendor requirements and availability.
Do I need to book in advance?
No advance booking is required. All service sign-ups happen on site the morning of the event via station sign-up sheets. Arrive early for the best selection.
What if a station is full or a service isn’t appropriate for me?
Vendors may offer an alternative of equal value, or you can use your remaining voucher value at another station.
Are vouchers cash-redeemable or valid after the event?
No. Vouchers are valid only on October 11, 2025 during the fair and have no cash value.
Will there be a posted schedule for the talks?
Yes. A rotating education schedule and the guest speaker time will be posted at check-in and inside the Education Room.
