In this session, you'll connect with a panel of expert women+ health professionals who truly understand the challenges of pain during intimacy. Our panel includes a Chinese medicine therapist specializing in vulvodynia, a Sexual development specialist, an Integral Pelvic Therapy practitioner, a body and sexual wellness coach, and a sexual coach with deep experience in vaginismus. Together, they'll share valuable insights into the causes of pain, explore effective treatments, and offer empowering strategies to help you reclaim pleasure and joy in your intimate moments.
