Through activities like meditation, guided rituals, and sharing, participants connect with their ancestors, acknowledging both the strengths and the traumas that may have been passed down. The goal is to release burdens, find empowerment in their ancestral roots, and foster healing for themselves and future generations.In these circles, there is often a sense of shared vulnerability, deep listening, and support.
