Our Group:
6:30 arrive, feel free to bring snacks & bev. to share (veg).
6:30- 8 we will gather and be led for the month's group member.
Come wearing what you feel good in. There will be chairs, blankets, bolsters, & mats available for everyone’s comfort.
We may invite you to bring something- please check your email.
Afterwards, feel free to take the conversation & community out to another local establishment for more chats & time if you choose.
